CFA® Program Curriculum

Three exams—Levels I, II, and III—build from core tools to asset valuation and, finally, portfolio management and ethics. Together they create a structured path to the skills global finance demands. Syllabus evolves; weights may change by exam cycle. Always check CFA Institute.

This topic delves into the key quantitative tools and techniques essential for financial analysis and making informed investment decisions.
